We are looking for a coordinator promotional activities

volunteer position for 4 hours/week (average)

What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for the promotion of the festival. You will be part of the core team responsible for organising the festival. The workload is expected to be 4 hours a week average, intensifying closer to the festival. Your tasks will include:

-            Define an overarching promotional strategy

-            Take care of online and offline promotion

-            Communicate about promotional materials with the graphic designer

-            Obtain timely information about the schedule, acts, etc from the rest of the team

-            Keep information on the website up-to-date

-            Communicate promotional information to  partners and press

-            Communicate with volunteers who help out before and during the festival

-            Welcoming and guiding guests, partners, press, and audience.

Who are you?

You are an energetic and enthusiastic person with an interest in a broad range of artistic disciplines. You have experience with (or at least an interest in) promoting an interdisciplinary art event. You are able to work independently, but also closely together with the rest of the team. Experience with graphic design is a plus, as is living in (or close to) Eindhoven.
